Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
For USA and Canada, we process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer the following flat-rate and free shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: FREE – Arrives in [3–9] business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 10 $ – Arrives in [1–3] business days.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to Europe, Aisa and Australia.

• Estimated Delivery: We have varieties of options; you can choose at check out.
• Potential Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nourkandi Mode is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@nourkandi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
• Return Costs: We provide a free return label .
