  • What is your Order Processing Time?    For USA and Canada, we process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.  Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. 
  • What are your Shipping Rates & Estimates?  We offer the following flat-rate and free shipping options:  Standard Shipping: FREE – Arrives in [3–9] business days.  Expedited Shipping: 10 $ – Arrives in [1–3] business days.
  • Do You Offer International Shipping?  We currently ship to Europe, Aisa and Australia.  Estimated Delivery: We have varieties of options; you can choose at check out.  Potential Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nourkandi Mode is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
  • How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • What about Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges?  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.  Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@nourkandi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  Return Costs: We provide a free return label .   • How do I know which size to choose?  We recommend comparing your measurements with our size chart. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.
  • How do I request a return or exchange? Contact our customer support with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
